As a business advisor you will help small to medium sized business
owners achieve their business goals and objectives. You will provide a
holistic approach to developing and supporting SME businesses to
accomplish both sustainable growth and a greater degree of personal
freedom for the owner.
Working together with the business owners, you will help systemize their
business, and guide the business owners to develop their skills and
knowledge, so they can finally feel in control of their business.
Using IBS’s proven, consulting systems, you will lead the business owners
through a review of the major key drivers of their business (Sales,
Marketing, Human Resources, Finance and Production), to uncover areas of
inefficiency and opportunity.
And the biggest benefit for you is, the client does the work to complete
the evaluation sets and the Icon Business Solutions Corporate Office is
responsible for inputting all the data received from your clients and
producing the plans and strategies for growth. Your role then, is simply
to sell the plans and to advise
How do I deliver business advice to clients?
Your consultancy will achieve significant and measurable improvements
in your clients business. You will have access to world class systems and
programmes that allow your client to comprehensively evaluate the key
areas of their business and identify where there is the most potential.
As an IBS advisor you can help your client get a competitive advantage,

An IBS Franchisee is responsible for selling and delivering business
solutions and advice to the rapidly expanding small to medium business
sector.

What Support and Training would I receive?
The Icon Business Solutions structure has been designed to ensure that
you will receive continued support and training to help you make your

How do I make money as a business advisor ?
And how much can I make?
As an Icon Business Solutions Advisor, you will make money by delivering a
range of our specialised consulting systems to your group of SME clients,
whom you will establish over time.
Each of your clients has a contract with you over periods varying from
1 to 9months (depending on the service and system you are providing). By
contracting your clients, you have continuity of monthly income.
The value of the program you deliver to your clients is based on the
service you will be providing to the client and not on an hourly rate,
like normal consultants. As such you are actually attracting a much higher
pound per hour fee than you would working in the usual consulting method.
And because we take away all of the back-end processing work, your time
is free to advise more clients and build yourself a bigger business. So,
how much income can you expect, all depends on how you answer the
following two questions:
- How much income do I want to make?; and
- Am I willing to put in the effort to achieve that?
Like all professional styles of business, your income is dependant on
the number of clients you have and the income generated from each.
